今年三伏刚刚开始，世界许多地方却已迎来四十多度的高温。那一刻，我忽然想到：如果地球也有额头，我们是否也会像关心一位发烧的亲人一样，轻轻伸出手，摸一摸它的体温？
于是，这首歌没有选择控诉，也没有选择呐喊，而是用一种近乎纪录片的视角，安静地记录这一刻。希望它留给听者的，不是焦虑，而是一次停下来思考的机会。
当音乐结束，只剩下最后一句——40度。
它不仅是一个数字，也是一句留给这个时代的沉默。
Author’s Note(English)
40 Degrees is not simply a song about the weather.
It was inspired by the unusual heat that arrived almost as soon as summer began. As reports of extreme temperatures spread across the world, one quiet thought stayed with me:
If the Earth had a forehead, would we gently reach out and check its temperature, just as we would for someone we love?
That simple image became the heart of this song.
Rather than raising my voice, I chose to remain quiet. I wanted the music to feel like a calm observation—almost like a documentary, or a doctor making a careful diagnosis. No accusations. No conclusions. Only a gentle touch, a moment of silence, and one final reading.
40 degrees Celsius.
104 degrees Fahrenheit.
Perhaps the last line is not only about temperature.
Perhaps it is also about our time.
