Summer has a way of leaving tiny lives and seemingly insignificant moments quietly behind in our memories.
A little red dragonfly, a passing breeze, a lake, a glow of sunset—any of them can become a scene we still remember years later.
This song is not really about a red dragonfly. It is about a tenderness we have not felt for a long time. In the story, a little girl smiles again when a red dragonfly gently lands on her fingertip. Perhaps, in that moment, she remembers her mother; or perhaps she simply feels something familiar and warm carried by the breeze.
